I also saw this in Hanover. When the city makes improvements with sidewalk reconstruction, then Gas, phone repairs dig em up and they do a poor job finishing the job. It's hit or miss too, some done right. Guess it depends on the supervisory crew.
Ok, so 2 months later, Verizon makes it right! Along N. Main from Locust and north, weeds removed and fresh concrete!! Looks great. Now if owners could just pick up the trash on sidewalks, we start to look like a community that cares. PS Litter bugs, use a damn trash barrel.
