My support of Mrs Asack is not with an eye towards her seat. She would finish up her term and in 2017 that seat would most likely be open. I have not made any decision yet on any seat but I will say I am continuing to stay active in my community in any capacity I can
I truly loved being on the school committee and plan on continuing to advocate for education for Brockton
My wife and family love having me back and right now I have so many things I am working on I would not want to entertain anything like a council seat at this point.
When I decided not to run for state rep it was tough but ultimately I know that Mrs Asack will be a great rep

"Do the right thing, even when no one is looking"
Knowing the job is different than doing the job Dad. I see so many politicians with good intentions drained by the process of "government". Politicians who find it more important to be in the Speakers back pocket to get on important committees. Politicians who go along to get along. I would love to run for an office, but could not stand the bs. I'm grateful people who run for office, and will support and help someone who represents my beliefs, i.e. Rep. Diehl, Rep. O'Connell.
I sincerely don't think I will vote in this election. Thereby, will not complain..maybe a write in...Wardseven!!

Respect your opinion. But there are three people running two of which have decided getting elected to another position is more important then the current office they ran for and were elected to.
I respected Senator Kennedy and voted for him every time I could. I just feel Cassidy reflects the qualities I admired in the late Senator. Senator Kennedy's wife has endorsed him as well. But I understand why people aren't voting.
ETA: the other two running don't know the job either. I feel Cassidy has the most knowledge at this point.

Cassidy is the hand picked successor. That's incredibly troubling to me. backed and supported by the establishment prior to the people voting.
Tens of thousands raised by Cassidy by those who seek to keep the same old same old going on beacon hill.
Also remember this was a person who left in the middle of their term as city council cause tough decisions needed to be made.

The reality is the establishment has hand picked this person to take the throne. That should be troubling to every voter.
No one should be anointed into a position.
My candidate owes no one. To me that's a big deal. She isn't going to tow the speakers view just cause.
We keep electing the same and wondering why nothing changes. That's because the establishment likes it just the way it is.
But either way we shall see on 02/02 and beyond
I wish all of them good luck
running is NOT easy

It doesn't matter who wins, the district is a rubber stamp.

Well, that is just embarrassing! Her husband works for the City. He is good at what he does though from seeing the SeeClickFix stuff. She is not the first, remember a few years ago with others! Don't they know everything is online?? smh

"Do the right thing, even when no one is looking"
From the Enterprise snippets for the debate and from something else I heard from Cassidy...he is such a name dropper. That never impressed me. Honestly, of the three, Barnes sounded the best, IMO
But again, I don't have a pony in the race, a nut in the cracker, etc.
