Charlie was probably the most informative and intelligent poster here.
As WardSeven, he would tell us simply the way city government works and why things seem as they do. He was also great to talk to in person, as I had done so on several occasions at InBrockton get togethers.
His family will miss him, his friends will miss him, the city will miss him, and I will most certainly miss him.
You have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith.
Rest well, Charlie.

Very lovely story indeed.
Charlie was by far the best CC. He actually did answer all calls and put effort into each and every one of them.
I'll never forget when he bought my Honda Prelude for his son, which was in mint condition. He laughed and said he would probably have it wrecked within 3 months. Sure enough, almost to the date, he did just that.
Rest softly, Charlie.

I knew Charlie Logan as a sweet compassionate man who loved the City of Brockton. Always willing to listen and share his thorough knowledge of how city government worked. Always a no nonsense guy, a valued member of iBC and our community. Goodbye dear friend.
